At Evans and Jones, we provide the experience and technology of a large firm with the friendliness and flexibility more often associated with a high street practice. We strive to provide a personal service to our clients, and our philosophy has always been based upon providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining a realistic approach to fees. We are delighted that much of our work comes from repeat clients and recommendations from our existing client base.
We pride ourselves in providing a prompt, quality driven service and have invested in the latest legal technology to assist us in this area. We use a case management system that allows clients access to our online login facility to view the status of their case 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A specialist solicitor will be allocated to your case based on your specific individual requirements and will handle your file from start to finish. We believe in making ourselves available to our clients and your solicitor will be directly contactable by e-mail, telephone or mobile phone Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and from 9:00am-4:00pm on a Friday.
